INTERAC e-transfer
We now accepts offering electronically via INTERAC e-transfer. Please follow the instructions below for further details.
- In the ‘recipient’ section, enter donation@vcac.ca as the email address. This bank account has an autodeposit feature enabled so no password is required for the e-transfer. Please note that your offering will automatically be deposited into the General Fund account.
- In the ‘message’ section, enter the following information:
- VCAC Offering Number
- Registered name for the VCAC Offering Number
- Postal code
- Donation Code
Donation Code is as follows: General=G, Mission=M, Thanksgiving=T, Building fund=B, please specify G, M, T, B respectively. For example, G100, M100
** Please note that if no specify donation code, your offering will automatically be deposited into the General Fund account.
Before you submit the e-transfer, ensure that the information in both steps are accurate as they are essential for our staff to ensure that donation receipts are issued to the correct donor.

If you require a charitable donation receipt for tax purposes, you must have a valid Offering Number issued by VCAC. If you require an Offering Number, please contact Jada Hui as per the contact information noted below. Offering receipts are issued once a year before the end of February for offering received in the previous year.
For designated offerings like the Missions Fund, Thanksgiving Fund, and Building Fund, please place your cheque or cash in an offering envelope with your legal name, address, offering number, and the designated amount written on the envelope.
Tax receipts will be issued for donations on or above $20. You can drop off your envelope during Sunday Service or to the Church office.
